The Sylphide bow features a beaded ribbon floral applique that were once a part of authentic ballet costumes worn on stage in the Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera atop a meadow green taffeta bow.
 
Measures 5 inches long and 3.5 wide. Backed on a barrette.
