Everything in my store is handmade to order. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for me to create your bows.

Facemasks order take 2 days or less to create and I've been able to get them in the mail within 3-4 business days.

Due to local post office hours changing for Covid reasons, any non-facemask orders will ship on Mondays of every week.

Due to the post office closures affected by coronavirus, shipping has been delayed and is unpredictably on my end. Hopefully this will improve and I can keep you as updated as possible!

Once shipped most domestic accessory and dress orders will take anywhere from 5-14 business days to arrive.

Because facemasks are a necessity, I've been able to mail those in smaller packages more times throughout the week in the effort to get them to you as soon as possible. However once USPS has it, the estimated arrival time is also 5-14 business days.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 4 weeks.

Unfortunately the USPS raised their international shipping rates for small (bows and facemasks) packages to about $14.50 and all of it goes into the cost of shipping the package itself and the rest to Paypal fees, none of it goes into my own pocket!

For orders that have not been processed or shipped yet, a refund can be issued minus a 3.5% payment processing fee. This is because the payment processing system used for our store does not refund the initial fee that is taken when the original fee gets processed, and it would end up costing us as a small business extra just to issue the full refund.
