When I first started to build this costume, I knew one thing was absolutely important to me and it was that I incorporated the striking diagonal seaming across the chest. The costume is topped off with an embroidered operations patch sewn on. There are skirt pleats in both the front and back of the costume.
 
To finish off the look, her sleeves is trimmed with gold braid befitting of a lieutenant.

One layer, no lining.
